This helps you speed up computer since it sorts them in a certain order so your computer can find the file faster.
Start
All programs
Accessories
System tools
Disk clean up ( you want to do this first to clear up some space since you will need it for the defrag )
Once its done you want to go back to system tools and select Disk Defragment
Click defragment now ( keep in mind that this will take a few minutes or hours depending on how much space you have used up on your HD )
