Ok...this one is so unbelievably annoying and it ends up with reinstalling the OS but for those who are lucky to boot up in safemode you might have a chance.
Boot Computer In Safemode
Open Run and type msconfig
Go To Start Up Tab and Disable rundll32
Download Malwarebytes
Run a scan and it should do the trick
Now ive heard that in some cases this does not work and the virus will continue to pop up, if it does i suggest a system restore or if you can just reinstalled the OS .
