Verizon introduces a new wireless N router to their dsl customers and here is how to do the wireless set up incase you dont want to give them a ring .
Open browser
Type 192.168.1.1 ( it will ask for login info admin/password )
Once you login you will need to change this information to something else before you can continue
Hit wireless setup
Type SSID and click apply
Hit wireless security , from here you can select from wep to wpa depending on your needs ( i suggest you keep using wpa or wpa2 )
Select use custom key and type your own passphrase that needs to be atleast 8 characters long and then click apply .
