In all new OS i find that they always hide the hibernate option and its something i like to use and so i wanted to make a shortcut for it and this are the steps so you can do it to.
On the desktop performe a right click on an empty space
Select New
Shortcut
Location type "shutdown /h"
Name it Hibernate
Finish
